When I sat down to start my very first blog for Pulse Technology, I was really thinking hard as to how I would start this. Should I try to crack some lame jokes and get the audience to laugh right away? (emphasis on try). Well, that’s not what this is about. At least, not yet. You will be able to get some of that content down the road.

This post is about welcoming you. Each week, I will be writing a blog to show our subscribers and customers what is happening in the tech world, and within Pulse Technology. When I say I, I mean me, Jenna Kadziulis. I was recently hired as the Marketing Specialist to assist in the re-branding of our company, and I couldn’t be more excited to write for you guys and bring you all the news and gossip there is. But enough about me, Pulse Technology is what this is all about. Previously known as Des Plaines Office Equipment, McShane’s Business Solutions, and Kramer Leonard, we have combined our expertise, products and amazing services to offer that one-stop-shop you need.

Pulse Technology has come a long way from what it used to be. I mean, we started selling and servicing typewriters and calculators out of a garage for goodness sake! Almost 100 years ago to be exact. McShane’s Business Solutions came about 4 generations ago in 1921 on a foundation of relationships and helping people with products and services that enhanced their lives. Then came Des Plaines Office Equipment Company. They were founded in 1955 and specializes in IT services, video displays and document software. Lastly, good ol’ Kramer Leonard Inc coming in during 1983. Office furniture, office supplies and printers & copiers are what they know best. As family owned and operated business’s, we have created strong relationships with our clients and local communities.

Re-branding and combining all our businesses into one are a big deal. We are a compilation of 3 families coming together and continuing to grow in an ever-changing digital world. With new technology being created, which seems like every week to be honest, you must try to keep up in order to stay in the loop. That is where I come in. Whether you are a tech nerd, as we like to call them, or just your everyday mom and pop who likes to read the occasional online blog, you have come to the right place.

So with that being said, welcome to Pulse Technology.
