Pulse Technology is looking for highly motivated individuals, with B2B experienced to join our Sales Team as an Account Executive. This position involves selling a full line of award-winning imaging products, software solutions, professional video displays, and managed services.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  • Achieve the goal – achieve all sales targets – monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Facilitate appointments through phone, email, social media, and onsite prospecting activity.
  • Grow your territory - prospective new clients and consistently closing business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed.

PLANNING:

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.

Inside Sales Representative - Chesterton, IN

$30,000 - $35,000 salary + commission
 

SUMMARY:

The inside sales representative is responsible for finding new sales leads, contacting stale accounts, finding out what customers want and need, setting up appointments as necessary, attending events as requested.   Communicating well with departmental team to reach set sales goals.

SUPERVISOR SKILL:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Call prospective customers and establish customer needs and create a customer-supplier relationship.
  • Call stale customers with past relationship to earn business back.
  • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Set up appointments for outside sales team.
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding customer concerns, delivery issues, or service failures.
  • Maintains a professional image when speaking to internal and external customers.
  • Inside Sales Representative hours are 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
  • Hours may vary due to meetings, networking, training, etc.

Come join our team; Pulse Technology is looking for a Field Service Technician who is mechanically inclined, extremely reliable, and trustworthy. We are seeking an experienced professional working on and repairing Office Equipment and/or printer repair and proactive maintenance. Pulse Technology proudly provides products from leading manufacturers such as Sharp, Canon, Konica Minolta Epson, Minolta, Copystar, and Kyocera.

 

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  • Provide on-site customer service, field repair, and maintenance of digital office equipment at our customer's facilities.
  • Field Service Technicians strive to provide the highest level of customer service while making the devices run flawlessly without error.
  • Technical ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of mechanical, computer, and networking issues within an ever-changing industry.
  • Technical requirements, installing, troubleshooting, networking, maintaining, preventative maintenance of Digital Imaging devices within a territory
  • Maintain a positive, professional behavior and projects a positive and supportive image of self and Impact Networking.
  • Consistently displays a positive work ethic and attitude and offers ideas or solutions to successfully work through the situation at hand.
  • Pursues an understands and vision of service goals and strategies
  • Responsible for managing own time, schedule, and territory
  • Continued education on equipment as it is updated, and new products are being sold.

 

QULIFICATIONS:

  • A High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two to three years’ experience as a technician is preferred
  • A valid state driver’s license with no active violations with the previous three years
  • Excellent communication skills.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is an active position, and the employee may need the ability to occasionally lift equipment up to 60 pounds.

 While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

 

TRAVEL:

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected due to training.
