SUMMARY:

The delivery driver is directly responsible for the timely delivery of customer’s merchandise.

SUPERVISOR SKILL:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

JOB OBJECTIVES:

  • Operates company vehicles of various sizes.
  • Deliveries of all new orders (copiers, printers, whiteboards, and supplies (toner, paper) (Illinois & Indiana), including downtown Chicago
  • Delivery of recycle cardboard & metal scrap to scrap yard
  • Pick-ups of lease returns from customers and supplies & machines from canon
  • Follows daily procedures and protocols for ensuring proper deliver of merchandise to customers.
  • Performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned vehicle and refers needed repairs to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Help with equipment installs when needed (on light delivery day’s)
  • Assist in the warehouse with recycle toner packing, recycle cardboard crushing and bailing, clean-up (on light days)

  • Brings problems to the attention of the Warehouse Manager
  • Delivery Driver hours are 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of internal and customer computer networks. In this role you will oversee overseeing digital security and performing maintenance to ensure that the system is operating at full capacity. You will also be tasked with installing hardware and software when necessary. To be successful in this role, a strong understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to administer and troubleshoot network devices are needed.

Job Description
Pulse Technology is seeking a Dispatch specialist is responsible for scheduling, assigning, and communicating work to our Service Technicians to ensure that customers’ needs with their purchased equipment is fixed in a professional, timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.
 
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Answering inbound phone calls and performing email communications related to providing customer issues with purchased equipment.
Confirmation of timeline to the customer of when to expect a technician.
Work with technician schedules, location and all “Calls” that need to be handed and dispatch appropriately while managing the level of urgency per-costumer issues.
Provide information to customers regarding pricing information, delivery status, and timely issue resolution to issues as they arise; if unable to provide assistance, representative escalates customers to Customer Service Supervisor or Manager in a courteous manner.
Performs data entry into CRM for purposes such as processing orders accessing previous orders and special orders and providing customers with quotes, shipment instruction, and delivery confirmation and status updates; researches any other inquiries as requested.
Serves as liaison between customers and technicians. Executes other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
